Default 98 V70 XC Idle issue

My 98 V70 XC, 2.4L Turbo, stalled on my way downtown. I was able to get it running but only at higher RPMs. I backed it back up the drive, parked it. I replaced the fuel filter, cleaned the throttle body. But still wil not run at an idle. I bled the air from the line prior to the filter, and at the injector rack. Fuel pressure is ok as far as I can tell. I don't know what the pressure should read on a gauge though. Also should the fuel pressure maintain the same psi when I turn the key on, as it does when it is running? Any input would be greatly appreciated. I am going to check the psi tomorrow.

The fuel pressure should be between 45-60 PSI.
It might be a little higher with the car off than it running.

Make sure none of the intercooler hoses have a hole in them.
