Default 99 T5 tappity tap tap

Hi all,

I have a 99 v70 T5 with around about 103k miles it has a 3" catback system forge motorsport dumpvalve and an autoguage (cheap) boost guage

Too be honest I have teared this car about the place a fair bit and its beginning too show.

The engine has become very tappity with taps ticks and clicks very audiable after its warmed up/ Unfortunitly i am not very technical but I have a basic understanding. A friend pointed me towards the "tappets" which in truth I know nothing about (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tappet - i do now )

Could anyone tell me how much this would cost to fix? also could this be something else?

Cheers

Usually it is bad oil pan o-rings.
Check out the sticky in the top of the section I made about replacing them.
