Default '99 V70r AWD running rich

We have a '99 v70r AWD that is driving me crazy and draining my bank account. Let me tell you the whole story, and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I took it to a local dealership in Nov. to get ETS recall done. Dealership put on a new ground cable (said the voltage was all over the place and they couldn't read the codes) and did recall work. Drove the car about 50 miles and check engine light came on and it started running rough. By the time I got it back to the dealer, it was running very bad a spewing black smoke. They replace an O2 sensor. Drove another 25 miles, same problem. They replaced an internal clip on the fuel line into the fuel filter. Drove 25 miles, same problem. They replaced MAF. Drove 25 miles, same problem. Went back and complained. They replaced the plugs and drove for a week and said everything was good. Check engine light came on again after about 50 miles but it still ran ok. About a week ago the rough idle/rich fuel mix/black smoke started again. I jiggled some wires and disconnected the battery and it went away. Yesterday it started again, probably worse than ever. Spent today pulling and cleaning plugs as I'd read about excessive oil getting on the plugs from bad filler cap gasket. Seemed to work at first, but after 5 miles it was just as bad as ever. I wondering if the MAF is bad again? Would clean the throttle body and distributor if I could find them. I am fed up with this car - please help!
