Default Battery Drain - Diagnostic issues fixed but still have issues

I am in desperate need of help as i am spending a fortune on diagnostics, something is draining my battery , the fuse for the alarm system showed as a fault, that was replaced, the battery then lasted a few days and then dead, battery replaced again with a new fully charged battery, 4 days later car dies, GEM module removed and refitted, not replaced, retested for a current drain and no drain showed up. The car died in 16 hours, i am now told that the GEM module may need replacing, i was also told the Antenna at the back could be draining it, i am worried that all these constant diagnositcs are going to cost me more than the car is worth as its a 2009 reg. I am told the electrics could be earthing? the alternator will need replacing, but i cannot afford all this, i would like ideas on how what else may need replacing or checking or am i looking for a needle in a haystack?

HELP!!
