That is my dilemma....

Arms w/ Bushings ( at least they appear to have bushings in them ) are 85 bucks per side on FCP groton

Bushings are 18 and change and 15 and change so figure 19x 2 and 15 x 2

Arms: $170
Bushings $68

The determining factor will be what a shop will charge to press the 4 old bushings out and the 4 new ones in.

Any opinions?

 

Shops that I know of charge about 1 hour per side.

 

1 hr per side just to push them out and back in? or to actually take the arm out and do it and reinstall it?

i know the guy in town here does them for a few bucks (3 or 5) a bushing.

 

Hm... 1 hour per side would actually make it a better deal to buy the arms w/ the bushings pre-pressed.

 

That is labor for the full job removing and installing them and pressing the bushings.
