Clicking sound near radiator

Clicking sound near radiator

Can anyone tell me what this is? I hear a click sound after the car is running for a about a minute. It's about 1 click per second near the radiator. Is it a relay? It's pretty lound.

V70 98 FWD Wagon.

Is it closer to the battery?
If so then it is normal it is the evap system going its test.
