Default Difference, if any in OEM and "NAPA" Fender?

I need a new fender for my 99' V70, Passengers side. I found one thats not OEM. Is there a differnce? Its under $100 unpainted brand new. Any info or comments would be great. Thanks

I spent fifteen years as an auto adjuster.....................long long ago. Then there was a huge difference between a 'factory' panel and an after market panel and I cannot see why there would be any difference today. If you plan on keeping your auto and do not want to spend many an hour in making the re-pro fender fit, then purchase the original factory panel.

Get one from a junk yard. You might even find one the same color if you're lucky.
