The small screw went out on the 2000 S/V 70's it stayed in the C70 till 2004.
All the newer cars the Dealer would have to do BUT they will not do it anymore. They say they can not alter the cars settings anymore.

yoyo, I am not sure if your model year has this feature. Do you see a small screw head next to the headlamp switch?
I remember the little screw from my old S70 (man...loved that car). I will have a closer look but I don't think that screw exists anymore.

So not even the dealer will do it now?

Nope unless you get really lucky. I fought with Volvo cars of North america for 5 days for them to give us the software part# so we could do it and they would not.
