RE: Electrical issue?? top end rattel
I'm a novice, so take this for what it's worth, but I recently read on a different forum about the "lawn mower" syndrome. It happens when the lifters don't get oil for some reason, but from what I read, the engine turns over very quickly due to low pressure due to some open vales. To fix, you need to crank on the starter motor for like 2 minutes! If you are getting good compression, the extra load on the starter motor will burn it out if you crank it this long, so please make certain it is running the low compression symptom, otherwise this could get you in even more problems!
