Engine flooded after sitting for a few days?

Default Engine flooded after sitting for a few days?

I have a 01 V70 n/a manual trans with 154K. I tried to start the car today after it had been sitting for 4days. First turn of the key the engine rocked and sputtered then quit. Then second turn it sputtered badly but eventually it did smooth itself out. During this time there was a strong gas odor and smoke from the rear. I am thinking that somehow the engine got flooded. Question is how? I thought that I would replace the FP regulator but it looks like this car has a fuel pressure sensor. Would a failure of this item cause flooding?? (I'm thinking no because there is no vacuum hose to the unit.) Maybe a leaking injector?? I notice that IPD and FCP do not list injectors. Dealer only??? Hard to replace?? ....thanks

My guess would be leaking injector or two. Run some injector cleaner in it, I like Lucas. It's still pretty hard to smell fuel without taking a plug out. I think you have a bad vac line or elbow somewhere.
