Default front end screetch

recently when turning tightly to back in the garage or around parking spots there is a loud screetching sound coming from somewhere in the front wheels. it sounds very much like metal on metal and I initially thought it might be brake related but could it have something to do with ball joints?

any ideas?

Maybe you only need to lube the steering stops on the control arms. There is plastic pieces on the control arms. Lube them with grease.

I'm pretty sure it's metal on metal. I don't think it's plastic pieces but I'll give it a shot.
