Default Fuel Pressure Sensor (3 Fuel Pumps)

Bought a 2005 T5. It drives fine but then it occasionally drives as if it is running out of fuel. Have had 3 new fuel pumps put in it, one after market and 2 Volvo pumps, 3 fuel filters, 2 new fuel sensors as well as a CEM and PEM. Tank has been cleaned. Issue continues. I had it at a Volvo Specialist and now it is at the Volvo dealership. The dealer just called for more time to diagnose the problem. I asked what that would entail and they couldn't really tell me. I said "you are going to hang up this phone and start diagnosing the car what's involved in that?" He responded with "I couldn't really say until we start diagnosing it." I saw on line that others had the same issue but no one really said what the solution was. Any advice would be appreciated.

I've seen indy shops, even "Volvo specialists", kink the hose between the pump side and level sender side of the tank and cause problems like this.
