So, after fixing a few things on my 98 V70AWD, I cleared the codes and drove about 350 miles over a few days. Last time, all sensors were "ready" by 70 miles or so of stop and go driving. This time, it was still showing 5 sesnors "not ready" on a Snap on Scan tool and Actron. So, the decision was made just to fail the emissions test in order to slide by with no tag (police issue) for a few more weeks.

Well, for some reason, the car passed OBD2 emissions even with 5 sensors not ready!!!

Just sharing info for those living in states that do OBD2 testing via plug.
