Default heater controls

Hi all,
enjoy reading all the posts when I can.
My 2000 V70 XC 225,000 miles, bought it with a burned valve and did a head and valve job and she's running good.
- the heater blower stopped working.
It is the electronic cabin controls system. The fuse is OK.

I've got the lower dashboard and "knee bolster"???? out and have checked plugs (connectors) on the ECC, cabin temp sensor, power module and fan.
I have 12V to the power module but no V to the fan itself.

I have the VADIS software, but I was surprised to find very little electrical info in it.

Does anyone have any diagrams of what kind of signals should be on the 4 wiires to the power module?
anyone have any suggestions?
