Default HELP directional pattern, side specific rotors??

Just got some rotors in the mail cross drilled Zimmerman’s (spiral pattern) part# 271788zd for a 1999 v70 2wd. Well they look great but I noticed that the direction or pattern of the holes will be spinning one way on the driver front and the other way on the passenger front. I feel like this may affect the way the pads grab or are the cross-drilled holes just for heat dissipation.
Are these rotors SIDE SPECIFIC?
It seemed odd to me and out of sink visually as well as mechanically.
If I am completely off my nut about that and it is OK is there anything I should do to prep these before install i.e. do they rust quick on the inside hub? Thanks

Do they both have the same Part #'s?

Did you call the company you bought them from?
