Default High Pitched Whine

I have a high pitched whine at highway speeds that varies with the cars speed. The whine goes away (at least becomes unoticable) when you let off the accelerator. I have had the axles rebuilt some time ago and am almost positive the passanger axle bearing was not replaced.

There is also the perception of more vibration than usual in the car but hard to tell (tires are running at 40psi and new).

My thoughts are axle joints, axle bearings, front wheel bearings. I suppose other culprets are accessory bearings and water pump. Hints at testing for the previous three would be great.

Any current experience with Raxles vs IPD axles?

Thanks,
Brent
