Default Bobcat, Did you get it disconnected?

Hello, Your question about disconnecting the transmission cooling line; did you get an answer? Was it "green press clip" or the aluminum cage? I swear the most important thing is to have thick leather gloves on when the line pops out. You can really bang your hands. Kira

The tool I like to use on the cage clips is a c-clip plyer. Catch the plyer tips on the clip, squeeze to spread and pull the line straight out. Access is tight, so I second the gloves suggestion.

If the cage clips are old and rusty, buy some new ones so you'll be ready if the old ones break.

Default Fixed

I was able to remove the oil line with direct pressure, it turned out to be easy. I did replace the o rings and the green clips when I re installed the oil lines to the radiator.

Can any one tell me who's bright Idea it was to put in a plastic radiator?
