Default Info on 1999 V70 GLT Driving/Fog Lights?

I am a new 1999 V70 GLT owner and in looking across the internet for pics of this particular model, I see driving light, below the headlights on each side. My car, however does not have them. Perhap they were taken out? I would certainly want to have them there, if I can. I do a lot of night driving. Any suggestions/tips/comments on putting in the proper (and where to get them??) driving/fog lights? Thanks, TrouperL

Trouper: The car is pre-wired for fog lights. You can add them if you'd like. You can get a kit from somewhere like the dealer or go to a junk yard and snag the set up. If you do the later, you will need lights, relayS, switch, etc.
