Default It's a wash?

My 2005 V70 2.5T headlight washers no longer come on. The fuse is OK and there is plenty of fluid. Front and rear window washers work too. How's this set up - do the light washers have their own motor? Where might the problem be? Thanks.

Sometimes there is a valve that goes bad. It is tucked up behind the bumper.

Thanks - both washers don't work, so I'm guessing it's not two valves going at once.

There is a valve where the main line T's off to feed both front washers.
