Manual Trans Swap

I am getting a 1998 v70 xc for free, and i was wondering what it would take to swap a manual trans in if it is even possible at all. Thanks for your help!

It would pretty much only be possible if you have a donor car.

What is the overal lists of the parts that are needed, and also what would you have to do to the ecu? another quick question would suspension parts like coilovers or sport springs from the v70 work on the v70 xc?

Quite a few on volvospeed have done the swap, but I don't know of any who did it with the AWD. Most people want the five speed with the high pressure turbo or T5 model.
