We are really satisfied with our 99 V70, but there are a couple of minor electrical issues that I would like to fix. First, my rear wiper only works in continous mode, not intermittent. Intermittent starts the wiper arm motion and then stops mid-swipe. In full mode, to stop the action of the arm, I have turn off the wiper at the perfect moment, or the wiper freezes in the middle of the window. Is this a relay, and if yes, how do I change it?

Second, my passenger side door window only goes down if controlled by the passenger. Only the driver can roll up the window with the main control mechanism on the door. Do I need to replace the passenger switch mechanism?
