Hi, I have been told by volvo rep that the two main motor mounts are oil filled. Can someone confirm this?

 

Yepper. I just had the front one replaced. It had broken in half and the fluid was gone. I asked the dealer if they could put an aftermarket in as I was on a budget. They said I should have the back on replaced too but it wasn't quite bad yet.
Anyway... the dealer price for the aftermarket part was more than the actual Volvo part I could have gotten on-line.
Dealer Volvo part $170. Dealer sftermarket part. $123.
On-line the volvo part $112 & Hutchinson $68. (lowest prices I've found).
Here is what is interesting. The invoice shows part # 30778951 (Hutchinson) but the number on the Hutchinson box is 586346. The invoice # comes up as the part web sites say is what I needed but the Hutchinson part # on the box only Googles to French websites.
Anyone got an idea about the Hutchinson part # on the box? 586346.
