Default Need Advice on 2001 V70

2 years ago I purchased a 2001 V70 2.4T and I loved it for about 4 months. When purchased it had only 60,000 miles on it and ran great. 4 months into it I got a check engine light and it began to run extremly rough...ETM was changed under warranty, still really happy. Car runs great. 3 months later oil leak develops, losing a quart every 400 miles. 57 dollars later a seal by the turbo is fixed and now no leakcar runs great. 5 months later an oil pressure message comes on and 720 dollars later and a mass air flow sensor replaced no message and runs great. Now I have a check engine light with a bank one oxygen sensor code, and my gas gauge isn't working, and my rear door locks don't work, and my tailgate locks don't work and my rear window wiper and mister don't work and I'm at 135000 miles. What should I do? Can I change the oxygen sensor myself? the computer at my mechanic says the rear electrical problems could all be tied to the same component as the gas gauge and it could be a $300 fix or a $1000 fix. I have fallen out of love with my car! Help!

I'm still upside down on the financing so I guess I'm kind of stuck anyway. Is it feasible for me to change the O2 sensor myself?

O2 sensor is easy to replace. Yes all the rear stuff is tied to the computer.

So which O2 sensor should I order and do I need any special tools to do the replacement? How do I figure out what to do regarding the rear locks, tailgate, and wiper?

Is it bank 1 sensor 1 or bank 1 sensor 2? I mean the code. Your car only has one bank but 2 sensors. Sorry you will need an O2 sensor socket as well.
