Need Some Advice

I just bought a 2001 V70 2.4T and while I really like the car, it feels like the suspension is shot. It's bouncy and on the rough roads around my state it rattles like you wouldn't believe. It also has a vacuum leak in the Evap system. I've found a 1998 V70 with about 20,000 fewer miles. I'm thinking of selling the 01 and getting the 98. I just wanted everyone's opinion. Should I go for the older vehicle or just try to fix up the suspension on the 01?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Hi, Alomst everyone here will say go with the 98.
the 01 is the first release of the newer model and it had several issues , you most probably need new struts, control arms etc etc the list goes on!!!
i have the same car which has had the same issues, it can become quite costly over time.
its up to you but the 98-00 v70's were pre ford ownership and were a much better build in my opinion.
good luck
