New V70 - Winter tire question
Hello!!!! Just joined
. Last week we purchased our 8th Volvo!!
This one is really my wifes car and is a '09 V70 in BLACK. Now in semi-retirement, we wanted an "all around" vehicle so the V70 is perfect for our needs, . I kept my '05 Nissan Crew Cab as we also need a truck.
It has been suggested that I purchase a set of winter tires and wheels. I had done this on prior 240's and it makes sense for this car. Question.
What advice do you have on wheel and tire packages? I live in SE Massachusetts. Thanks and look fwd to Volvo chats. Jim.

In Kentucky we can usually get away with all season tires. Where you are I would probably get a set of winter tires. I would just use steel wheels for the winter. No use mucking up your nice wheels.
