Plenty of info online - Tire Rack doesn't sell em but Mavis Tire does (so they have reviews). Amazon is also a good source for reviews. Generally speaking, Nokian tires are not cheap and their all seasons carry a winter weather rating (the difference with winter tires is they have a tread compound designed for cold temps where the Nokian all seasons do not. Given the more open aggressive tread pattern, you can expect them to be good in rain, good in snow (when compared to summer or other all seasons), the harder tread compound will diminish ice grip vs true winter tires but they'd be a good compromise for a northerner who doesn't want to change over. On the down side, they would not be top of the pack in dry handling/braking, noise and ride comfort.

I've pretty much narrowed my tires down to Uniroyal for non-Mercedes vehicles and Continental for Mercedes. I've had a few midline Mercedes that we used Uniroyal.
