OBD code PO 243 ?

OBD code PO 243 ?
I experienced a loss of acceleration today in my 98 V70. It felt like the engine was starved of fuel and then my CEL went on. I checked the OBD code and it said PO 243. Does anyone know what this means and how should I go about repairing the problem?

How is it running now?
I don't have a list with me of codes now but I will see if I can get one.
It could be many things.
Did the scanner give you any info at all?
