Default Oil in Coolant

Ok, potentially dumb question time... I just did a coolant flush on my 98 v70 t5, and since doing so, after driving the car the past few days I have oil in the coolant reservoir. The top of the tank has a milky, goopy substance. I had to put another quart of oil into the car, and ran it for awhile. No signs of overheating, and the oil looks fine, not milky at all. Is this for sure the head gasket? Or is it a bad radiator? Thanks again for all your help guys.
