My sunroof has a reeeeaaally annoying rattle in the sunshade. I really don't feel like dropping the headliner and messing around - I was considering just removing it altogether and having limo tint applied to the sunroof.

Is that bad? I've read somewhere that the sunroof glass is not tempered and cannot withstand the tint over long periods........... Any opinions?

 

It's tempered. Not a problem. It can be tinted like any other glass in the vehicle.

 

Same here - I have a 2002 with a sunshade that is nothing but trouble. I just want it out. Is there a safe way to remove it? Possibly without having to remove the sunroof glass itself?
