I realize this is from a long dead Thread, but I was wondering if this data is correct? Is it just coincidence that P1181 is also Fuel System Delivery High?

I have a 1999 V70 non-turbo which had this Code and no other. No Check Engine Light nor Symptoms. I'd like a hint as to where to start looking. I just failed a Smog Inspection because of the Code.
