Hi, the passenger rear drum is hot jacked it up and it spins ok, in the morning when i let the handbrake off the shoes stick and bang off when i reverse. Took the disc/drum off last night and its quite corroded inside on the braking surface, thought it could be a hot bearing but there is no noise from the bearing, the disc/drum is about 18m old and genuine volvo, any ideas

 

Maybe it is not releasing all the way. Meaning the cable is rusted inside.
