Default Reduced power engine service required

Hi AllJust bought a v70 D5 with 166k miles (not police), superb car and drives perfectly when cold. However after a few miles 2-3 once it appears to have warmed up it will continue to run fine until I take the revs over 2500, at which point it's as if there is a speed limiter on. Foot flat to the floor and no increase in speed or revs. It doesn't sound like the turbo is kicking in either. I suspect the wastegate is sticking open and understand there is a solenoid which activates this. a) can anyone help with the issue?b) can anyone advise where the solenoid is and what it looks like?c) having done the key to '1' position hold trip button in till bleep then key to '2' I get a code of 045, can anyone advise what this relates to?P.S If I turn the engine off and restart the turbo works fine up to 2500 revs again then appears to cut out again.CheersNick

You need to have the engine codes pulled.

OK finally had a service (all filters etc changed) local garage, but still shoing limp mode fault. Checked codes on an OBD11 reader and read as follows:
P0144 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 3)
P0571 cruise control brake switch A circuit
do these mean anything to anyone and if so what do I need to do to renew or reset?
Also could these put the car into limp mode?
cheers

The O2 sensor might be putting it into limp home mode.
