REM? multiple failures

REM? multiple failures
Just bought a V70, rear wiper/washer/locking/fuel filler lock/fog lights all not working. Swapped REM for a new (s/H) one and no change???
Checked relays,fuses,wiring in rear pillar/hinge all looks OK
Any ideas welcomed, I'm not used to dealing with the data controlled relay system but know how to use a meter
