Every time i am at 27.5 MPH my car will make a real funny noise. The best way to describe it is that it sounds/feels likea tire blow out, only less severe. The strange thing is the 27.5 MPH, no matter what gear I'm in (even neutral) or if I'm in sport/advanced or comfort mode.

Any suggestions on where to troubleshoot?

have any dyno places near? Have them spin the wheel at that speed. Then try and locate the noise.

 

Accellerate fast between 25 and 30, it will lesson the duration.
