Timing belt
I'm not sure but you can contact the dealer or a Volvo indi shop and they will tell you what they recommend you do. On the pre '99 cars most people replace the idler, tensioner roller and tensioner but I believe the post '98 cars have a different tensioner that is not hydrolic so I'm not really sure what they do with those. Check FCP or IPD's websites and see what they sell as kits. I usually recommend that people replace everything, every other belt change or every 10 years. So, if the parts are 10 years old I suggest they be changed, except the water pump. If you service your coolant system properly that water pump will likely go 250,000.
Here is the kit on iPd's website: Timing Belt Kit with Tensioner and Idler Bearing
Most people just decide to do the water pump because it's in the path and what is $50 when you're saving $250 on the job? That way they fill good about it being new and not having to go in there 2 years later for a pump and doing the job all over again. I had a belt done on my 960 and had to go back 28,000 miles later for the water pump and idler pulley.
