I have a 2003 V70 2.4t w/98K+ miles, recently noticed when making 90 degree turns that the steering would seem to lock. Could push through to complete the turns. Problem is not evident so much at speed unless making sharp or hard movements of the steering wheel. Power steering fluid is at prescribed level, no leaks are evident. Dealer says "rack" or lower steering yoke. Any ideas?
