Default v70 tdi problem

hi everyone please help me my volvo v70 2.5 tdi 1997 will start first thing in the morning first turn . i can go half a mile or less turn engine off then try resart car . it turns over and over nealy to the point when the batterys goes dead then it starts .when up to tempreture it will start all the time its just between cold and warm it wont start please help

When a diesel engine is cold you should wait for the glow plug light to go out before trying to start the engine. The same applies if you travel such a short distance. Diesel fuel needs to be 'warmed' before it will burn. Once the engine is at normal temp you have no problem.

thanks but i do wait for heater plugs i could go hundred miles but when the temprture neadle is half way between cold and normal running tempreture the problem starts
