Hi Guys
I own a 2006 v70r volvo and have recently has issues with the car's cruise control which after being switched on would stop for no reason after which sometimes it does not want to come back on. Following the start of this problem I got two error messages on the dash the first being : Engine maintenance required and the second message being ABS system required.
I read a bit on the subject and after reading the codes off my MTE softloader (otherwise stock) and the problem seemed to point toward the brake pedal sensor which I ordered and changed just yesterday. Unfortunately I am still getting the same exact problems and messages. I've also noticed recently that the car seems crank a bit too much before starting. I don't really know where to start, maybe some of you guys have had the same issues I am having.

That Cem code raises a flag for me. Maybe the car does not like the software from the softloader.
