Volvo V70 Valve Unit Programming

Just bought a new Volvo V70 Valve Unit but it is not being recognized. I was told I need to program it... what is the process of programming it?

Valve unit? ABS module? ABS module requires a software download to make it talk to the car. Best bet is to purchase from a vendor such as xemodex, that will/can "program" the module before it is sent to you.
