What oil should I run 01 T5?

I just recently purchased a 01 v70 t5. Great car. I am going to put in Mobil 1. In my SAAB I run 0W-40. What is the preferred weight in the Volvo. Thanks.

Owners book says 10-30. Cap on oil filler also says 10-30. If you are asking about types of oil instead of grade, that will net you a hefty amount of differing opinions.
