wind noise:
have a 2008 V70, 3.2l with 65,000 miles.
I have a wind noise problem. I hear it slightly inside the cabin. If I roll the passenger window down or open the sunroof and drive 25-35 mph i can hear a whistle. Door seals look good, window seals seem good as does the windshield screen. I am wondering if there are any obvious places for me look or inspect for a air leak. Any insight would be appreciated.

Correct. But its not the same sound I hear when I roll the other windows down. Its more of a whistle. I can hear it with all of the windows up, too, just not as loud. It sounds like a high pitched whistle, not wind as you might expect to hear with an open window.
From 0-20 there is no noise. 21-40 it whistles. Above 40 no whistle.
Windshield...I cant say for sure. I just bought the car a wee ago. I inspected it and seems to be very snug.
inside fan speed does not affect the whistle.
Where else can I look, door handle or wheel well? What is a good method for isolating such a sound or is this a guessing game?

The motor? Maybe, but I only hear it if i am moving. If I am neutral and rev the engine, no noises. I am fairly sure it is a gap in a seal. But i have inspected the obvious ones. I was hoping others had come across a similar noise with a solution.
Glad you found the problem, but what's a mirror lens? You mean the mirror glass? And how do you know that's it?
