Default [2023 XC40 B5]. Is it normal that....? (Software related)

Have been driving the vehicle for ~7k miles / 6 months and some issues keep happening that I find increasingly more annoying. Folks at dealership don't seem to think there's an issue... Have others experienced issues such as the ones listed below?
  1. On reverse, emergency brake engages for absolutely no reason. This has happened ~dozen times. All false positives. Not related to 'dirty car' because it has also happened after washing.
  2. Occasionally sound stops coming out. Like a general 'mute' button was turned on. Need to reset the infotainment system (press and hold middle button for ~10s to restart)
  3. Range estimator goes berserk; numbers fluctuate incessantly and the car is not even on.

Regarding your issue 1. I have a B5 XC60 and was having the same problem. After a visit to the dealer I was advised that when I engaged Reverse a blue box appears on the screen named emergency braking. Click on that blue box and it takes you to another screen where you can "turn off" emergency braking. You have to do this each time you engage reverse if you want to turn it off.

With the emergency braking problem I had the same issue until the service manager at the dealer showed me how to turn it off when reversing. Engage reverse gear and on the screen a blue message appears at the bottom of the screen for emergency braking. Tap on this message and and other message appears with a blue box with the words turn off emergency braking. When you have finished reversing and move forward it will automatically reset itself and you have to go through the same process each time you want to turn it off.
With the infotainment system now only using FM it can go mute if you are in an area of either poor or no signal. Happens regularly with me, when signal strength returns radio volume returns.
