2020 XC40 air worked 2hrs on the way back from Vermont normal on auto. my wife went to the store local not working (light cooling) Next day she drove to a dinner and it did not work well there but, just fine later that night on the way back. I open the hood once when it was acting up after I took it out to shop and the compressor clutch would come on for two, three seconds and shut off then come on and shut off?? I would think it would stay locked up for a few mins then go off?? that's all I know how to check.

It was a certified Volvo purchase so it might have to go in for a service on the guarantee.

any info would be appreciated,
