We thought it would be cool to order one of each in the same color and thought they would look great parked next to one another in the garage. I am going to order one for my business under section 179 deduction Section 179 Deduction for Trucks / Vehicles | Section179.Org to reduce my taxes by $25000 and my wife wants to turn in the lease on her i3 and get into the XC40. Was hoping to learn a little more here about others who bought the 2019.

 

I am not sure I understand the reference to your tax situation. Over the years I've taken advantage of the same Sec 179 but did so with a luxury car. Today those luxury car limits are essentially lifted so you can put a Rolls Royce through the system and come out just fine.

Again, not sure that the reference to your taxes has any weight here.

 

Section 179 is gone at the end of the year. You can take a one time benefit for 2018 up to $25k. Link
