XC90 - close to pulling the trigger
My first post on this forum so a thank you in advance for enabling me to do good research. Buying a 2018 XC90 Momentum (MSPR $61,405) tomorrow. Offered the dealer $52.5K and he counter offered with $53.5K. Seemed like a fair deal - 12% off.
I know some have gotten killer deals of around 14% off MSRP. Tried hard but the dealer here in Dallas would not budge.
I am a BMW person and tried my wife to get an X5 but she was in complete love with the XC90 - her words: "it just feels more feminine and my type to me". She is graduating up from a Honda Pilot.
I have read some press on the internet about poor reliability on the XC90s; can the experts here please chime in and provide me an objective point of view? Anything I should be on the look out for , especially on the initial test drives?
Many thanks.
