Had multiple visits to Volvo to fix water ingress probably from the panoramic roof without success. Interested to hear whether this is a build fault as losing patience after 3months and multiple visits to garage to ‘fix issue’.

 

Same problem with my 2022 XC40. Dealer Maintenance Manager wants to claim that it is normal for moisture in the sunroof area, we all know this is not the case.
I've had it in several times for various issues. The moisture causes fog/frost in the Intellisafe systems and will not work on really cold mornings, which is a safety hazard.
