Hi all,

The washer fluid sprayer on my 2010 Volvo XC60 is very weak, and only coming out of the first sprayer when the hood is closed. When I tested it with the hood open, it sprayed normally from both sides as well as the front headlight washers.

Any thoughts as to what's causing this?

 

trace the hose from the pump at the bottom of the reservoir up to the nozzles - there are probably a couple of T connections where the hose may be loose. I'd also suspect the hose is getting pinched when you close the hood so look to see if you can see any scars and if the routing is close to the seals where the hood meets the fender/firewall.
