2013 throttle body

Had issues with the engine starting, looked at starter and alternator and both checked out fine. Found a fuse in the battery cable that was shot and replaced it, now it starts but idles poorly and dies. Seems like my throttle body might be seized up? Anyone experienced anything similar?

I replaced the positive battery cable and it started to turn over better, but would lose power and stall out. The butterfly valve in the throttle body is just about completely seized up right now. I haven’t messed with one before but was told it should be pretty easy to move around manually.
