There is lots of other info you can put in the dash between the gauges other than the map, and the map between the gauges can't change scale. The touch screen has 4 areas, and the top 3 stay the same , the 4th is options. Current position, status of sound system (station name, etc) phone, and I put the weather in the bottom.

On the center touch screen If you touch current position - that will bring up the nav system, touch the next one to change sound system, phone to do phone options ----

 

Okay...thanks for your input....trying to adjust to Volvo's stiffer suspension [vs. Lexus RX-350 AWD]...dealer experience much better with Volvo though.

I took the Lexus 350 for a short test drive..yes it had a much softer suspension. The xc 60 is def a lot stiffer, maybe almost truck like (mind you its been ages since I have drove a truck,lol) I enjoy a stiffer ride.. I had a XC 60 t8 with suspension for a week as a loaner.. i didnt notice much of a difference between the 2 on the roads I travel, but others rave about it. 1 downfall of Volvo can be the dealer experience. 1 volvo dealership just north of Baltimore shares its space with Hyundai. The 1 I dealt with in Bethesda, is paired with Volkswagen. There really is no upscale experience.in these cases. They do have loaner cars, but you have to ask well in advance to get 1. So far the lady I always deal with has pulled thru for me!!

I will say my wifes hates the ride of the xc60....way too rough for her.....which is fine for me..as she wont drive it!! :-)
