after charge the inside temp fan is blowing
2023 XC60 Recharge T8. 4 wks old. Newbie here. I charge the car in my garage every night (manually; not on an overnight timer thing). So in the mornings, the car is fully charged. Then I pull the plug out of the car, the (AC) fan inside of the car is automatically blowing. When I quickly open the door and feel the vent, it's clear that thel AC is on and cooling down the interior of the car. But seconds after I open the door, the fan shuts off. The garage is not hot; about 75 F here in the Florida winter. And sure... I normally keep the car temp set at 72 and the garage may actually be 75. But to the best of my knowledge, I have turned off any timers or settings that would ordinarily kick-in "preconditioning" the inside of the car. Any idea why the (AC) fan is going on after I pull out the plug - and how to stop thata from happening? Appreciate your help / comments. Thx.
I have the same vehicle. Also live in Florida. I do exactly the same as you and my car doesn’t condition the inside of the vehicle whilst charging. Stupid question, are you turning off the car with the square **** when you get out?
if you definitely are leaving the car off and plugged in then you’ll need to go to the dealer for them to evaluate.
